Answer: Our working system depends on the requirements of the clients. But here we are just giving you the basic concept of our working system. After download one job and then we have separate teams for many editing options. Like our neck joint team, retouching team, Clipping, and background removal team, vector team, restore team ETC. When the images download complete our processing team give the images to the team leader and the leader gets the images done by his/her team. When the team members are done with editing the images then they check the images once again before submitting the images to the team leader. Then the team leader checks the images by himself. When he finished the checking of the images then he submits the images to the Quality controller. The Quality controller does the final checking of the images. When he is done with the checking he submitted the job to the processing and the processing send back the images to the clients. That’s how we work. But If anyone can confirm us a regular large amount of images then we are ready to set up a team for him and also ready to follow up his working system to process his images.

Answer: It’s very easy to start working with us. When the dealing part is finished, we will give you our 24 production support’s mail and Skype address. Just give them a knock when an order/job is ready for us. We are always active to receive the jobs from the clients.

Answer: Most of the times clients send us images in such JPEG, TIFF, PNG, EPS, AI, PSD, and GIFF formats. But if you want to give us any other format then It’s also okay for us.

Answer: It’s so much easy. When you finish the entire dealing just knock at the support team. They will do the rest. Upload your images through our online web application or through DROPBOX, FTP, We transfer, Yousendit, Hightail or Email. You can also send your images to us as your way. We will also return you the images as your desired way. Just let the support know about your orders.

Answer: Your job/order time frames can range from 2 hours to 72 hours. We can provide you urgent delivery order if you need. If you have any bulk order then please informs us before and we will process your images within your timeline.

Answer: Yes, Obviously we use the latest technology. We use Adobe Photoshop CS5, CS6, CC, Illustrator and Lightroom.

Answer: As you will knock at our support to give us the jobs. Then when your images are done, it’s our duty to let that informs you. Our active support team will knock you on Skype or send you a mail to get you a notification that your images are ready for you.
